What you CAN do;
* Sell as a Standalone PU or CU Tube 
*Include in a Kit that has 50 or MORE Elements -
* Kit MUST also include at LEAST 6 Papers

What they CAN NOT do: 
* Sell as a Standalone PU or CU Tube 
* Include in an Element pack and sold as CU or PU 
* Include in a “Kit” that has less than 50 Elements (Even if it’s advertised as PU, it is NOT a Kit, it is classed as an Element Pack)

You MUST state in your TOU & on the Product Listing that the tubes you are selling can NOT be RESOLD as CU OR PU. 
They can only be used as CU in a KIT & NOT RESOLD as a standalone Tube in Original format. 
You MUST also state in your TOU & on the Product Listing that to be sold in a KIT the Kit MUST contain 50 or MORE Elements & at least 6 Papers!
You can have a MAXIMUM of 6-10 PNG’s in any one CU/PU pack
