In order to make purchases at the store, we ask that you use a store license, please complete the form here to obtain a license.

Please allow us 72 hours to respond as we are in different time zones and may not see your request straight away. Please ensure your email is CORRECT with no errors, as you may not receive your license as we may not be able to contact you. 

If you are experiencing problems with the license form, and do not have your own website, please add "www.facebook.com" this will enable you to complete the form.

If you have not received your license within 72 hours, please check your SPAM folder, we have found some of our emails go straight to spam. 

If you forget or lose your License number you do not need to complete another form, please contact us via the Store form or email and we will find it for you.

Using licensed products, without purchasing and without a license to use them, is theft and in breach of copyright laws. If you do not comply with our terms of use, your license will be revoked/declined and you will not be able to make a purchase, or download any previous purchases. 

No Refunds
As part of the store TOU please accept this as notice that due to the nature of our business absolutely NO refunds are given on ANY digital products, ie tubes and scrapkits

Christmas Holidays at SGD;

Hello to All,

The winter holidays will soon be here with all the trappings. Everyone at SGD would like to wish you a happy holiday season.  During the holidays there will be limited staff available at SGD store to allow staff, designers and artists to spend time with family and friends. Our customers will still be able to make purchases, however staff will only be available remotely so please be patient.

You are all welcome to contact us via email or the contact form on the store site and we will respond as soon as possible.
